Pastry Cream Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 SNOB natural fruit pastry cream, in the flavour of your choice (for every 100ml of whipping cream, use 20g / 1 tablespoon of SNOB cream)
• 100 ml whipping cream

Preparation

• Mix the ingredients following the amounts given above. If you need more servings, add more of the mixture.
• Whip until you reach the desired consistency.
• Place in a piping bag and decorate, or you can spread it over the cake.
